On Friday night Ben had just gotten home from work and said there is a bunch of weird stuff on our porch....this is what I found:) Our anniversary was this weekend and he surprised me with a trip to California. He had everything all set up, flights, hotels, Errin and Brandon were already planning on watching Dane. I really was sooo surprised, I mean he's thoughtful in the way that he is super loving, attentive, caring, helpful, and affectionate....but never EVER has he done a "real" surprise get away type thoughtful thing. I was the happiest girl in the whole world!!! Here are a few of our pictures from are weekend!
In Hollywood there was a movie scene in the middle of the road, it was crazy....and spider man took the picture for us:)
Our hotel had these really cool chairs, but they were really uncomfortable!
UMMM, YA, Ben insisted on wearing this hidious, ridiculous fanny pack to disney land...but he loved that he wasn't going to lose anything, it was pretty funny:)
It was such a fun get away. We ate SOOO much food, and I wish so badly that I got a picture of Ben eating the giant turkey leg in California Adventure. It was so sick, but he LOVED it. We love trying new restraunts...and especially new desserts. But we were ready to come home cause we missed Dane sooooooooo much. He had fun with Errin and Brandon, they took him to church, swimming, and out to eat a few times. They love him so much, we're so lucky he has such good aunts and uncles to take care of him. Although, he is such a wild man, I think he wore them out:)

Oh how I love benny boo especially with his fanny pack! Oh my I love it! Ah ha ha ha! I can't stop laughing! I wish I could have seen it in real life. I am so glad you guys were able to get away- you so needed it! My offer is still on the table though- PLEASE let me know when you need a break and I can come play with Dane. I will let you know my next free day, but I am pretty much available after five when you need me. LOVE YA girl!

What a sweet husband! How fun to be whisked off to Cali! And I got that store name for you it's in SLC and it's NPS-that's the name. It's a grocery store that gets dented items and others that the store doesn't want. She said you just have to notice expiration dates. But they had to get super expensive special formula and there it was 1/2 the price!

The fanny pack can be so convenient but there is just something so wrong with it being on a 6 foot 4 man! Funny!
