Dane got pneumonia...AGAIN! Poor little guy can't catch a break. He also had the flu with it for about 3 days he kept throwing up and throwing up. We didn't sleep for about a week. I was so worried and OCD about checking his temperature every 5-10min, and would just cry and cry and cry. I felt so helpless, I couldn't do anything to help him feel better. Between antibiotics, steroids, and these breathing treatments he finally is all better!
He LOVES "real" food, he gets so crazy and messy when he's eating! He looks so skinny here, he lost 1lb when he was sick...which is a lot when you only weigh 17lbs. But he's putting the weight right back on.
UM....YA, he's biting on his high chair tray! Teething is so miserable, he gets to distraught that he ends up doing this!

Wow, that is no fun! It always stinks when they're miserable and you can't make them feel better. Teething is no fun. My kids liked the vibrating star teether you can get anywhere, and a cold wet rag! That was probably their favorite! Special formula is SO expensive, but my cousin got the special formula for her little boy at a store in Salt Lake and it was WAY cheaper, if you're interested let me know and I'll call her and get the name. Oh poor little thing! There is nothing worse than watching your poor little baby hurt. I am glad he is doing better- he is lucky to have you as his mommy!

Oh my gosh, that little guy has had his share of sickness! Not fair! That is so hard when they are sick, and so exhausting for you! You are such a great mom, I'm so glad to hear that he is doing better, poor little guy!
Jo been there done that!!! Call me anytime holden has viral asthma so everytime he gets a cold he has a chance of getting rsv or pneumonia!! And chest xrays are the worse call me we can support eachother!!! You are a great mommy!!! Hopefully summer will help your sweet little boy!!!
So sorry to hear that he was sick again. Poor kid. He is still cute even when he is sick. Don't you love being able to feed them real food. They are so interested in it and make great expressions. I hope he continues to get better.

Oh my goodness Jo! Poor baby Dane! I'm sorry he's always so sick...hopefully this is the last of it. I do have to say that I laughed out loud about the picture of him biting on his high chair! :)
There is nothing worse than a sick child. It's so exhausting taking care of them and WORRYING about them so much. You'd trade your health for their in a heartbeat. I'm so sorry you BOTH had to go through this. Let's get him all better so we can get together soon!
